Us Army Pacific Command - The United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) is an Army Service Component Command (ASCC) designated by the Secretary of the Army (SECARMY); it can also serve as the Joint Task Force headquarters. It is the army component unit of the United States of America Indo-Pacific Command and its mission is to support the commander of the United States of America Indo-Pacific Command.

The main areas over which this command has jurisdiction include Alaska, Hawaii, the Pacific Ocean, Japan and South Korea. It also carries out missions in Southeast Asia, in countries ranging from the Philippines to Bangladesh and India. United States Forces Korea (USFK) has had operational command and control of United States Forces Korea since January 2012, and USARPAC Headquarters oversees the manning, training, and equipping of assigned US Army forces at USFK.

However, subordinate units of this command sometimes carry out humanitarian missions in places such as Haiti, Cuba and the Middle East.

Usarpac Becomes 4 Star Headquarters During Change Of Command

USARPAC traces its lineage back to 1898, when the United States became a major power in the Pacific. In 1921, Fort Shafter became the headquarters of the Hawaiian Department. When the United States ended World War II, the Hawaiian Department became subordinate to the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Territories.

During the Vietnam War, the command provided the same support to the US Army in Vietnam. After the war, the military cut its presence in the region because there was no longer a need for such large numbers of combat forces in the Pacific. Subsequently, USARPAC was eliminated as a component command, and Army Forces Korea and Japan became separate major commands. In Hawaii, USARPAC headquarters was replaced by the United States Army Support Command Hawaii (USASCH) and a field operations department of the Army, United States Army Support Group CINCPAC.

In 1979, the Army established US Army Western Command (WESTCOM) as a major command and Army component of the US Pacific Command. WESTCOM assumed command of the armed forces in Hawaii. In 1989 he added the US Army in Alaska and in 1990 the US Army in Japan. In 1990, WESTCOM was renamed USARPAC. USARPAC has st powers on various humanitarian missions, disaster relief and defensive support of civil authorities.

Since 9/11, the command has played a major role in the defense of the United States homeland. The command also has soldiers in support of the global war on terrorism to fill operational gaps.

The command insignia was designed in 1944. It represents the axis of advance of American forces across the Pacific.

Former units include the US Army Chemical Activity, Pacific, at Johnston Atoll, which traces part of its history back to the 267th Chemical Company and Project 112 Biological Defense experiments. C became the Johnston Atoll Chemical Eight Disposal System, which was finally deactivated in 2001.1. /6 Show Caption + Hide Caption - General Charles A. I received a poster on cardboard. I wouldn't spend any money on this let alone spend over $50.00 on shipping. If the description poster had stayed on the cardboard, I wouldn't have spent the money. I feel cheated. I paid a total of 122 dollars. 64 for a cardboard poster. I will never order from Ebay or this person again.

He is Air Force General O. Davis Jr.'s father. According to historian Russell Wegley, his work is important not because of what he accomplished, as he was only allowed limited responsibilities, but as an indication of small achievements. For African Americans in the United States Army during World War II. Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal era favored African Americans, and in 1940 he appointed Davis as the first black general. During World War II, Davis held correctional assignments designed to support the expanded role of African Americans, albeit in segregated units.

Davis was born in Washington, DC. Louis P.H. Davis and Hrietta (née Stewart) Davis' third child.

Citing a June 1880 csus document, historian Marvin Fletcher provided evidence that Davis was born on May 28, 1880.

Fletcher concluded that Davis had lied about his age in order to enlist in the army without authorization from his units.

After graduating from high school, in response to the outbreak of the Spanish-American War, Davis enlisted on July 13, 1898 as a first lieutenant in the 8th United States Volunteer Infantry, an all-African-American unit. Davis was drafted on March 6, 1899, and on June 18, 1899, he enlisted as a private in the Regular Army's I 9th Cavalry Regiment (formerly the Buffalo Soldier regiment). At his station at Fort Duchesne, Utah, he served first as a Military Clerk and then as a Squadron Sergeant Major until 1900. At the end of 1900, Davis' division was led by Lt. Charles Young, the only African-American officer to serve in the United States Army. At that time.

Davis' desire to become an officer inspired the young man. At the United States Military Academy at West Point, Young tutored Davis in all the subjects covered by the Officer Candidate Test, especially math, which was the most difficult subject Young was up against. In early 1901, Davis passed a test at Fort Leaveworth, Kansas, and his highest score came in the math section.

In the spring of 1901, Troop I was sent overseas to serve in the Philippine-American War. In August 1901, Davis was assigned to F Troop of the 10th Cavalry, where he assumed the duties of second lieutenant. Troop F returned to the United States in August 1902. In 1913, the 9th Cavalry was assigned to guard the Mexico-US border.

In February 1915, Davies was reappointed Professor of Military Science and Tactics at Wilberforce College. From 1917 to 1920, Davis was assigned to the 9th Cavalry at Fort Stotzberg in the Philippine Islands as a quartermaster, commander of the 3rd Squadron, and the 1st Squadron. He reached the rank of temporary lieutenant colonel, but returned to the United States in March 1920 with the rank of captain.

Davis became the commanding general of the 2nd Cavalry Division's 4th Cavalry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas, in January 1941. About six months later, he was assigned to Washington, DC, as an assistant in Inspector Jerrell's office. While working in Inspector Jerrell's office, Davis also served on the Negro Military Policy Advisory Committee. From 1941 to 1944, Davis conducted reconnaissance tours of African-American soldiers in the United States Army. From September to November 1942 and from July to November 1944, Davis conducted reconnaissance tours of African and American troops in Europe.

On November 10, 1944, Davis was reassigned to work under Lieutenant General John C. H. Lee as Special Assistant to the General, Commander of the Communications Area in the European Theater of Operations. Sr 91 Aurora Aircraft - Here's what you need to know: In Skunk Works, a 1994 book by former Lockheed division manager Ben Rich, he notes that "Aurora" was once the code name for the B-2 Spirit, the aircraft that made its first flight in the late 1980s and entered service in 1997.

The SR-71 Blackbird, which first took off in 1964, was the world's fastest plane for decades, setting an official record of 2,193 miles per hour—more than three times the speed of sound—in direct flight. equivalent to 1976. Anecdotal reports from airline pilots indicate that this speed was exceeded while the plane was in flight, although the details of the surrounding circumstances, of course, have not been made public.

Sr 91 Aurora Aircraft

Sr 91 Aurora Aircraft

However, the SR-71, which was revolutionary in the 1960s, was a bit underwhelming in the 1980s, and the US military is said to be looking for a design to replace it as it nears retirement. The Pentagon remains tight-lipped about the process, but observers Outsiders speculate that using technology used by the US Air Force, it is possible to create an aircraft that can travel at high speeds. Hypersonic up to Mach 5. Because of this, some observers suggest that such an aircraft may have been developed. However, it was not until March 1990 that the aircraft magazine Aviation Week & Space Technology that $455 million was allocated to "black plane production" in 1987. The magazine also published similar unclear funding in 1985 for a project called "Aurora." - presumably to confirm the suspicions.

Has Actor Tom Cruise Become The 1st Person Ever To Fly The Usaf Sr 72 “darkstar” In Top Gun: Maverick?

The document is authentic and "Aurora" is a real plane - but it's not the plane people think it is. In Skunk Works, a 1994 book written by Ben Rich, a legendary former Lockheed division manager, he notes that Aurora, once codenamed for the B-2 Spirit, made its maiden flight in the late 1980s and entered service in 1997.

However, the rumor ended up going in a completely different direction; They hypothesized the existence of a strange isosceles triangle of a plane that could travel at supersonic speeds. Rumors of the plane's existence, based on radio messages and alleged sightings over southern California and Nevada, are also linked to Area 51, the Air Force's air test range. The government in Grom Lake - and the subject of many conspiracy theories of its own.

But the idea that the government is testing a supersonic plane is completely wrong. "Although I hope few media outlets will believe me," Rich wrote in 1994, "there is no code name for the supersonic plane because it simply does not exist."

In fact, the fate of the fast spy planes plummeted after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the disintegration of the Soviet Union. The end of the Cold War marked the end of unlimited spending on defense, and the tasks that these planes had - ie flying over enemy territory to photograph sensitive areas - could soon be done, at a lower cost and with less danger, by espionage. The satellite "SR 91" points here. For other uses, see SR 91 (forestry). For the Canadian maritime patrol aircraft, see Lockheed CP-140 Aurora.

Lockheed Martin Sr 72 Darkstar From Top Gun

The Aurora was an American reconnaissance aircraft rumored to exist in the mid-1980s. There is no substantial evidence that it was ever built or flown and it is considered a legend.

The US government has repeatedly killed one such aircraft ever built. The aerospace reference website Aerospaceweb.org concludes, "The evidence in favor of the Aurora is circumstantial or purely conjectural, with little reason to contradict the government's position."

Former Skunk Works director Beech confirmed that "Aurora" was simply a myth in Skunk Works (1994), a book detailing his days as a director. Rich wrote that a colonel working at Pentagon arbitrarily assigned the name "Aurora" to fund a competition to design a B-2 bomber and that somehow the name was leaked to the media.

Sr 91 Aurora Aircraft

In 2006, Bill Sweetman, a longtime Black Project devotee and aeronautics writer, said: "Does Aurora exist? Years of pursuit have led me to believe that yes, Aurora is very capable. May be in active development, fueled by advances that directly enable technology to keep pace with the ambition that initiated the program before generation".

File:aurora X Plane 1.jpg

Aurora's habit began in March 1990, when Aviation Week & Space Technology reported that the term "Aurora" was inadvertently included in the 1985 US budget as a $455 million appropriation for "black aircraft production" in fiscal year 1987.

According to Aviation Week, Project Aurora refers to a group of exotic aircraft, not a specific airframe. The cost of the project was said to have reached $2.3 billion in fiscal year 1987, according to procurement documents from 1986 obtained by Aviation Week. In his 1994 book Skunk Works, Beach, former manager of Lockheed's Skunk Works division, wrote that Aurora was the budget code name for the stealth bomber that led to the B-2 Spirit.

In the late 1980s, many observers in the aerospace industry believed that the United States had the technological capabilities to build a Mach 5 (supersonic) replacement for the aging Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird. Detailed examinations of the US defense budget found that money was missing or funneled to black projects.

In the mid-1990s, reports surfaced of sightings of unidentified aircraft flying over California and the UK, featuring oddly shaped trails, sonic booms and associated cheeses, suggesting that the United States had developed such an aircraft. Nothing has ever linked any of these sightings to a program or type of aircraft, but the name aurora is often attached to these sightings as an interpretation of the sightings.

In late August 1989, while picking grapes on the GSF Galveston Key jack-up barge in the North Sea, Chris Gibson spotted an unfamiliar isosceles triangle in the delta, apparently refueling from a Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker escorted by a pair of F-111 fighter-bombers. Gibson watched the planes for several minutes until they disappeared from view. Then he drew a sketch of the team.

When the scene was released to the public in 1992, British Defense Secretary Tom King was told, "The Ministry of Defense is not aware of this kind of 'black' plan, although it would not surprise the public. Air Force staff and Defense Intelligence Headquarters if any."

An accident at RAF Boscombe Down in Wiltshire on 26 September 1994 appears to be closely linked to the "black" missions, according to a report in AirForces Monthly. Further investigation was thwarted by USAF aircraft flooding the base. Special Air Services personnel arrived in civilian clothes aboard Agusta 109. The crash site was shielded from view with fire nets and tarps, and the base was closed to all aircraft shortly thereafter.

An unsubstantiated claim on the Horsted Keynes village website purports to show photographs of footprints left after an unusual sonic boom was heard in the village in July 2002. In 2005, this information was used in a BBC report on Project Aurora.

Aurora' Spy Plane That Travels Six Times The Speed Of Sound Blamed For Mysterious Booms

An unusual series of sonic booms was detected in Southern California beginning in mid to late 1991 and recorded by US Geological Surveyors throughout Southern California who were used to determine the epicenter of the earthquake.

The supersonic boom is characteristic of a smaller vehicle, not the space shuttle in a 37 meter orbit. Furthermore, neither the Space Shuttle nor NASA's only SR-71B was operating on the dates the explosion was recorded.

In the article, "In my eyes a plane?" Appearing in the Washington City Gazette on July 3, 1992 (pp. 12–13), one seismologist, Jim Murray, noted: "We can't say anything about the vehicle. Seems louder than the other sonic booms we occasionally record. They all come On Thursday mornings at about the same time, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Former NASA hypersonic bomb expert Dom Maglieri studied 15-year-old hypersonic bomb data from the California Institute of Technology and suggested that the data showed "something at 90,000 feet (about 27 km), speeds from Mach 4 up to Mach 5.2. He also said that the explosions did not sound like the explosions of a plane passing through the atmosphere miles away at Los Angeles International Airport, but appeared to be explosions from a high-altitude aircraft. A tall tower right on the ground traveling at high speed.

There is nothing special to associate these events with any aircraft, but they do contribute to the growing number of stories about aurora.

On March 23, 1992, near Amarillo, Texas, Steve Douglas photographed a trail of "doughnuts on a string" and associated the sight with distinctive sounds. He describes the noise of the gin machine this way: "A loud and scary vibrating roar...unique...a deep shaking thunder that shook the house and made the windows shake...similar to a gin rocket, but deeper, with preset clocks. " In addition to showing the first images of the unique sequence previously reported by many, the importance of this sighting was also emphasized by Douglas's reports of interception of radio transmissions: "Air-to-air communication ... was placed between an AWACS aircraft with the call sign "Dragnet 51" from Tinker AFB , Oklahoma, and two unidentified aircraft using the callsigns "Darkstar November" and "Darkstar Mike." "Pulsar" just flew over Amarillo. ("Darkstar" is also an AWACS callsign from another aircraft

It was the first General Aviation (GA) production aircraft equipped with a parachute to safely lower the aircraft to the ground after a loss of control, structural failure, or mid-air collision. The SR series was also the first mass-produced light aircraft with all-composite construction and flat-panel avionics.

The SR20 became the Cirrus SR22, which was introduced in 2001 and is the most produced GA aircraft of the 21st century.

At the time of the plane's launch, the GA industry was struggling; the SR20 was one of the first of its kind to earn FAA Part 23 certification in several years.

More than a thousand SR20s have been sold since deliveries began in July 1999. As of January 2021, nearly 8,000 SR-series aircraft have been delivered,

Us Army Paintball Gun - Get ready to fight your paintball opponents! The Tippman Alpha Black Elite is the successor to the popular Alpha Black. Alpha Black was originally designed as a simple, no-nonsense milsim pinball marker on its own, but players immediately wanted to customize it and change it with many tweaks. The Elite model is designed to make it easier and faster for players.

Built by Tippman for the US Army, the Alpha Black Elite uses 98 Custom internals proven for reliable performance under extreme conditions. The aluminum body is built to withstand all the abuse that rocks and trees can throw at the course. Like the old Alpha Black, the Elites receive the Alpha Black E-Grip, Tippman 98 Reaction trigger and Cyclone feed system. The design features a 7/8" tactical rail on the receiver and comes with a removable carry handle for the rear sight. The barrel now has a lower front 7/8" rail for bipods, flashlights, lasers, etc. Alfa Black Elite gives you more options to customize your brand in the future!

Us Army Paintball Gun

Every child dreams of playing in the army. One of the biggest attractions of paintball is being able to literally shoot your friends and watch them laugh about it as the paint fades away after the game. The stories you play with your friends will last a lifetime! So go out and paintball and make memories!

Tiendamia Del Mundo A Tu Puerta

The Tippman Alpha Black is a common tool for new paintball players, and the reason is very simple. It looks like a real gun! Based on the most popular paintball gun of all time (the Tippman 98 Custom), the Alpha Black cartridges are classic recoil goodness. These internals work and with a little extra work (polishing the internals and putting in high quality O-rings) you can make this marker work well (all my runs are +/- 3 fps between shots, even with Co2!). Compressed air or CO2 tanks can be used on this marker, but I always recommend a distance line for this style of marker as it keeps the weight of the tank off the rifle and off your back! If you decide to go this route, make sure your remote has a feed control so you can take it out of the gun without removing the tank, and you'll need to get a tank/pod hanger to attach to your body.

The case of this gun is aluminum, which makes it very durable! It has a dummy magazine that holds tools for your pointer and can be removed by pushing the retaining pin. And it has a front cover where the barrel is installed. It also has a great adjustable stock in the back so you can slide it in or out to fit your perfect shoulder rest for your gun.

The Alpha Black Elite comes with a detachable hand grip and has a Picatinny rail on the bottom for a light or other accessories. It has a good stock on the back that can be moved in and out as preferred. The air gun (steel braided) works under the handle and steel tanks fit under the stock.

Barrels are usually the first pointer upgrade and since the shrew is so long you need a longer barrel with elites. Be sure to measure the new barrels when inserting the shell to make sure they fit. Mine is equipped with the Apex barrel system and the smaller 14" version doesn't fit the shell so I went with the 18" Apex 2 which fits the shell perfectly.

Other upgrades include the ability to feed with magma using the Tippman 98 magfeed adapter, or you can fit a cyclone feed system to it. You can also upgrade to e-trigger or reaction trigger. With the Elite model, you can remove the top mount and add sights or other fancy-looking accessories.

So if you want a reliable marker that looks like a real gun, the Tippman Alpha Black Elite might be for you! Keep in mind that it weighs less than other smaller brands because it has a large footprint, just like a real gun! However, if you don't have picky hands, it could be perfect for you! Remember to always wear a mask around paintball guns, and best of all, Tippman products are so well made that you spend more time playing than working on them!
